An advance reservation is needed for the hotel's train station shuttle. The shuttle is provided between 15:00 and 19:00.

To eat dinner at the property if not included in your booking, a reservation must be made in advance.

Please note, payment is due at check-in.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

Please note that some rooms do not have a view of Mount Fuji.
